  * Functionning of parameters in Nomad explained.
  * Some Runner problems fixed (Styrene, Solar, Coco). The Coco in Runner is unconstrained.
  * Deactivate OpenMP when using Runner with MPI fixed the abnormal behavior with ''mpirun -hosts ...''. Runner tests were taking too much time..
